Corey Silverstein to Host Webinar on 'SCOTUS Age Verification Ruling'

LOS ANGELES — Adult industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein has announced his latest "Legal Impact" webinar, titled "SCOTUS Has Spoken — Where Does Age Verification Go From Here," to livestream July 10 at 4 p.m. (EDT).

The event, sponsored by SegPay, will be moderated by ClaraKitty and feature guests Mike Stabile of Free Speech Coalition and attorney Lawrence Walters.

“The adult industry has been waiting patiently for the United States Supreme Court to weigh in on the constitutionality of Texas’ Age Verification law, and by the time of this webinar, the Supreme Court will have released its critical opinion,” said a rep. “Join us for this special webinar where we will discuss the implications of the Supreme Court’s ruling and where things go from here.”

Added Stabile, “Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton is one of the most closely watched cases before the court this term, and the decision could have profound consequences for our industry and online speech more broadly. The webinar is a chance for us to unpack what it means in a practical sense.”
